A very special old thangka. It is special because the artist used bold colors. The Vajrapani Bodhisattva has a pale pink body, an angry expression and exaggerated movements. It is hand-painted by Thangka painter “Duo Mo” with all-mineral pigments. After a hundred years, the color is still bright and beautiful.
